With voting for the Leicestershire and Rutland Restaurant Awards 2007, sponsored by Cooper Parry, now concluded, the draw for the voting prize winner has now been made.
Selected at random from the thousands of votes cast over the six week period, 1 July – 13th August, Julie Fancourt is the lucky winner of a luxury weekend for two at Stapleford Park Country House Hotel & Sporting Estate.
Julie said’ “I go out regular for meals in the Leicestershire area and feel it is important that pubs & restaurants are recognised and awarded for providing “good food and service” hence why I support this scheme. However this year I’m delighted to have won the voting prize and can’t wait to visit Stapleford as I’ve heard it’s wonderful”
She will receive two nights’ accommodation with full English breakfast, dinner in the house each evening plus a bottle of champagne in the room on arrival and a treatment each in the new spa.
